What we make
- Butt weld fittings: 90°, 45° and 180° elbows, equal and reducing tees, crosses, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps, stub ends. Cold press formed. Dimensions to EN 10253, DIN, JIS, or customer drawing.
- Forged flanges: WN, SO, LWN, blind, non standard blind, lap joint. To EN 1092-1 or to drawing.
- Standard sizes DN15 to DN1200; larger sizes are made to drawing, up to DN3000. Wall Sch10s to XXS, confirmed per order.
- Stocked grades: 304/304L, 316/316L, 310S, 321, duplex 2205 and 2507.
- Matching stainless pipe and valves can be supplied with the same list when the project needs them.

Quality and certificates
Incoming heat numbers and MTCs are checked. Finished heat numbers stay traceable. EN 10204 3.1 MTRs are available. PMI is available. PT, UT, RT and hydrostatic tests follow the order. Third party inspection at the plant is welcome. Heat treatment: solution annealing. Surface treatment: polishing, pickling, sand blasting and sand tumbling.

Stock and lead time
Regular sizes are held at the Wenzhou Longwan stock point. Non standard and large diameter parts are scheduled at the Lishui factory. Lead time and MOQ are confirmed after we review the inquiry.
