What one list can cover
- Butt weld fittings: elbows, tees, crosses, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps, stub ends. Cold press formed. Standard sizes DN15 to DN1200; larger sizes are made to drawing, up to DN3000. Sch10s to XXS.
- Forged flanges: WN, SO, LWN, blind, lap joint. EN 1092-1 or to drawing.
- Matching supply: stainless pipe and valves when the project list needs them; valve models confirmed against the MTO.
- Grade guidance (design always wins): 304/304L for general corrosion; 316L where chlorides or chemical media matter; 321 where intergranular corrosion is a risk; 310S for high temperature; 2205 or 2507 for tougher chloride service.

Quality and certificates
Fittings and flanges keep heat number traceability to the MTC. EN 10204 3.1 MTRs are available. PMI is available. Corrosion tests can be done to customer requirements. PT, UT, RT and hydrostatic tests follow the order. Third party inspection (for example SGS, BV, TÜV) is welcome. Heat treatment: solution annealing. Surface treatment: polishing, pickling, sand blasting and sand tumbling.

Stock and lead time
Regular sizes are held at the Wenzhou Longwan stock point. Non standard and large diameter parts are scheduled at the Lishui factory. After the full list is confirmed, one combined lead time is given so fittings and flanges can ship together.

304/304L is common in general corrosion service. 316L is more often chosen where chlorides or chemical media matter. For tougher chloride service, consider 2205 or 2507. Final grade follows medium, temperature and the design.
How are matching valves supplied?
When the project needs valves, they can be supplied with the fittings and flanges list. Models are confirmed against the MTO.
Can you provide MTRs and third party inspection?
Yes. EN 10204 3.1 MTRs and PMI are available. Third party inspection (for example SGS, BV, TÜV) can be arranged.
