Long-radius 1.5D is the usual type; short-radius 1.0D and non-standard dimensions are reviewed against your drawing and specified standard. How to choose

Specify the bend radius, wall thickness, material grade and design standard shown on your drawing. For a material review, include the fluid composition, concentration, operating temperature and pressure. These details are needed to review the requested specification.

Buying 90° Elbows for Stock Replenishment?

For a mixed-size trial order, send a line-by-line list of the elbows you need. Standard items can be reviewed together; minimum quantities for special items and the lead time are confirmed after checking the specifications, quantities and production schedule.

What to include in each line

  • 90° elbow: long radius (LR), short radius (SR), or a drawing reference
  • Material specification and exact grade, such as 304 or 316L

What sizes are available?

Standard sizes DN15 to DN1200; larger sizes are made to drawing, up to DN3000. Availability depends on the diameter, wall thickness and material combination, which we confirm with your inquiry.

Which standard do you follow?

GB/T 12459, ASME B16.9 (dimensions), EN 10253, DIN or JIS; other standards per drawing.

304 or 316L?

304/304L suits general corrosion service. 316L contains molybdenum and is preferred for chlorides and many chemicals. For seawater or high-chloride service, duplex 2205 or super duplex 2507 is usually specified. The project material specification governs; send the fluid and temperature if unsure.

Can you make OEM / non-standard elbows?

Yes. Send a drawing or sample requirement.

Can I combine different elbow sizes in a trial order?

Yes, mixed-size trial orders can be discussed for standard items. Send the quantity and specification for each line. We will confirm the available combinations, any minimum quantities and lead time with your quotation.
