A 90° butt-weld elbow changes flow direction. HuaboPipe supplies stainless steel 90° elbows to order. Long-radius 1.5D is the usual type. Size range matches our published line: DN15–DN3000. Short-radius 1.0D, wall thickness and other dimensions are confirmed from drawings. We do not list fictitious stock SKUs.

How to choose

Use 1.5D long radius for lower pressure drop on most process lines. Use 1.0D only when space is tight. Choose 316L for chlorides or seawater; consider 2205/2507 for higher strength or corrosion. Wall schedule and standard follow the drawing.

Up to DN3000, in line with HuaboPipe’s published range. Sizes beyond current tooling are reviewed from drawings.

Which standard do you follow?

Butt-weld fittings are commonly ASME B16.9 or GB/T 12459. DIN/JIS or others are confirmed from the inquiry drawing.

304 or 316L?

304/304L for general service. 316L for chlorides, seawater or chemical duty. Send medium and temperature if unsure.
