What we supply above DN1000
- Fittings: 90° and 45° elbows, equal and reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps.
- Flanges: large diameter slip on (SO), blind and non standard blind flanges, all forged, machined to drawing. Catalogue dimensions from small sizes are not simply scaled up.
- Materials: 304/304L, 316/316L, 310S, 321, duplex 2205 and 2507.

Quality and certificates
Large diameter parts are checked for size, wall thickness, elbow centre to face and appearance. PMI is available. PT, UT, RT and hydrostatic tests follow the order and drawing. EN 10204 3.1 MTRs are available. Third party inspection at the factory is welcome.

What is the largest stainless fitting size HuaboPipe can supply?
Standard butt weld fittings run from DN15 to DN1200 (about 1/2 inch to 48 inches); larger sizes are made to drawing, up to DN3000 (about 120 inches).
How are DN1000+ elbows and tees specified?
To EN 10253, DIN, JIS or the customer drawing. Large sizes are quoted after drawing review.
Are large diameter flanges catalogue items?
No. Sizes such as DN3000 flanges are not treated as catalogue parts. HuaboPipe makes them to drawing. Flanges are forged.
Do you keep large diameter fittings in stock?
Large diameter parts are made to the drawing. Lead time is confirmed after size, wall, grade and quantity are clear.
What tests are available on large diameter parts?
