What we make: types, grades and standards
- Butt-weld fittings: 90°, 45° and 180° elbows, equal and reducing tees, crosses, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps and stub ends. Cold-formed to GB/T 12459 or ASME B16.9 dimensions, or to the customer's drawing.
- Forged flanges, formed by forging and pressing: welding neck (WN), slip-on (SO), long welding neck (LWN), blind, non-standard blind and lap joint flanges, to GB/T 9124, HG/T 20592 or EN 1092-1, or to ASME B16.5 dimensions; non-standard to drawing.
- Standard DN15–DN1200, larger to drawing up to DN3000. Wall thickness Sch10s to XXS, confirmed per order.
- Stocked grades: 304/304L, 316/316L, 310S, 321, and duplex 2205 and 2507.
- Stainless steel pipe and valves can be supplied with projects.

Quality and certificates
Heat numbers of raw material are checked against the material certificates, and the heat number on each finished item traces back to its certificate. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates (MTR) are available for every shipment, and PMI is available. PT, UT, RT and hydrostatic testing are done when the order calls for them, and third-party inspectors are welcome for in-process and final inspection. Heat treatment: solution annealing. Surface treatment: polishing, pickling, sand blasting and sand tumbling; electropolishing is available as a matching service.
