What we supply in duplex

• Butt weld fittings: 90°, 45° and 180° elbows, equal and reducing tees, crosses, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps, stub ends. Standard sizes DN15 to DN1200; larger sizes are made to drawing, up to DN3000.
• Forged flanges: welding neck (WN), slip on (SO), long welding neck (LWN), blind, lap joint. Non standard to drawing.
• Same project list can mix 304/304L, 316/316L, 310S, 321 with 2205 and 2507.

Quality and certificates

Heat numbers are checked on incoming material and kept traceable on finished parts. PMI is available. Corrosion tests can be arranged to customer requirements. EN 10204 3.1 MTRs are available. EN 10204 3.2 is also available on request. PT, UT, RT and hydrostatic tests follow the order. Heat treatment: solution annealing. Surface treatment: polishing, pickling, sand blasting and sand tumbling.

Stock and lead time

2205 and 2507 are stocked grades. Regular sizes are held at the Wenzhou Longwan stock point. Non standard and large diameter parts are scheduled at the Lishui factory; lead time and MOQ are confirmed after we review the list.

Does HuaboPipe make duplex 2205 butt weld fittings?

Yes. 2205 is a stocked grade. Elbows, tees, reducers, caps and related butt weld fittings are cold press formed. Standard sizes DN15 to DN1200; larger sizes are made to drawing, up to DN3000.

Are 2507 flanges forged?

Yes. All HuaboPipe duplex flanges are forged. 2507 flange material corresponds to ASTM A182 F53.

Can you issue material certificates for duplex?

Yes. EN 10204 3.1 MTRs are available. PMI is available. Corrosion tests can be done to customer requirements. EN 10204 3.2 is also available on request.

How do I choose between 2205 and 2507?

2507 has higher alloy content and is often used in higher chloride or more aggressive service. Final choice follows medium, concentration, temperature and design pressure. If the design already names a grade, buy to that grade.

Can duplex and 316L ship on one order?

Yes. 304/304L, 316/316L, 310S, 321, 2205 and 2507 are all stocked grades and can be quoted on one list.
