What we forge
- Welding neck (WN): butt welded to the pipe; common on high pressure, high temperature change, vibration or radiographed joints.
- Slip on (SO): fillet welded over the pipe; large diameter SO is made to drawing, not by scaling small catalogue sizes.
- Long welding neck (LWN): often used on vessel and heat exchanger openings; hub length and bore to drawing.
- Blind and non standard blind: OD, thickness, bolt pattern and facing all to drawing when required.
- Lap joint: used with stub ends; flange and stub end can be ordered together.
- Facing: RF as standard; FF and RTJ to drawing.
- Grades: 304/304L, 316/316L, 310S, 321, duplex 2205 (forgings F51 / F60) and 2507 (F53).
Shop flow: billet cut by grade and size with heat number check → forged → solution annealed → OD, bore and face turning (large rings on large lathes), sealing face machining and bolt-hole drilling → pickled and passivated → marking and inspection.

Quality and certificates
Each flange is marked. Heat numbers stay traceable to the MTC. PMI is available. OD, bore, thickness, bolt holes and facing are checked. PT, UT, RT and hydrostatic tests follow the order and drawing. EN 10204 3.1 MTRs are available. EN 10204 3.2 is also available on request.

Are HuaboPipe stainless flanges forged?
Yes. All HuaboPipe stainless flanges are forged, including WN, SO, LWN, blind, non standard blind and lap joint.
Can you make flanges to EN 1092-1?
Yes. Forged flanges can be made to EN 1092-1. Non standard dimensions follow the drawing.
What custom dimensions can you change?
OD, thickness, bolt pattern, hub length, bore and facing can follow the drawing. Standard range is DN15–DN1200; larger sizes are made to drawing, up to DN3000.
Can you forge duplex 2205 and 2507 flanges?
Yes. Both are stocked grades. Duplex flanges are forged the same way; materials correspond to ASTM A182 F51 / F60 (2205) and F53 (2507).
Can you supply MTRs and third party inspection?
Yes. EN 10204 3.1 MTRs, PMI, and third party inspection during production or before shipment are available.
How long do non standard flanges take?
