1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HuaboPipe Co., Ltd.'s services, products, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
HuaboPipe manufactures and supplies stainless steel pipes, fittings, flanges, and related products. All products are subject to availability and specifications outlined in quotations or purchase orders.

- Custom manufacturing requires written confirmation and technical drawings
- Lead times vary based on order volume and product specifications
3. Quotations and Orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase order and required deposit. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and specifications.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established clients. Late payments may incur interest charges.
5. Quality Assurance
All products undergo inspection and testing per agreed standards. Material Test Reports (MTR) and inspection certificates are provided with shipments. Products comply with ISO 9001, ASME, PED, DNV, and other applicable certifications.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and subject to production schedules. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and import duties in destination countries.
7. Warranty and Returns
Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery date. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery. Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.
Returns require prior authorization. Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable unless defective.
8. Limitation of Liability
HuaboPipe's liability is limited to the purchase price of defective products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including production delays, lost profits, or project costs.
9. Intellectual Property
All patents, designs, technical documentation, and proprietary processes remain the property of HuaboPipe. Customers may not reproduce or reverse-engineer products without written permission.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of technical specifications, pricing, and business information. This obligation survives termination of business relationship.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lishui, Zhejiang Province, or as mutually agreed.
13. Modifications
HuaboPipe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
